From the idea, to the trip.
Tell us what you have in mind — a destination, a budget, a few saved posts, or simply the need to get away. We research areas, distances, places to stay, food and experiences, and put it all into a plan that makes sense.
RE: AWAY is the out-of-office reply we all wish we could set more often.
We design trips that pull you out of the routine, fill you with images, and bring you back with stories worth remembering.
Because sometimes, the best reply (RE:) to everything is simply: AWAY.
It started with something very simple.
From the feeling that we all want to travel more.
But somewhere between everyone’s opinions and endless options, the planning starts to wear you down — and the excitement fades before you’ve even left.
RE: AWAY was created to be the person you’d want beside you before every trip: someone to hear what you have in mind, put the ideas in order and help you leave with confidence.
We don’t start from packages. We start from you.
Who’s travelling, what your budget is, what you enjoy, what you’d rather avoid and how full you want the schedule to be. From there we build the trip.

What goes into your plan.
Flights, accommodation, areas, transfers, restaurants, activities, sights, bookings and the small details that make travelling easier.

Flights
The best flights & connections, at the right budget.
Getting around & transfers
We find the easiest, most efficient ways to move and the best route. Transfers (e.g. vans for domestic trips) are provided by trusted licensed partners, so you travel comfortably from door to door.
Hotels & stays
From boutique to luxury — always in the right spot.
Food
Tables booked at places genuinely worth it.
Sights
Tickets & bookings through partners — no queues.
Activities
Experiences you’ll remember — not just “things to do”.
…and anything else
If your trip needs it, we’ll arrange it.
We dig past the first page
We don’t stop at the first picture. We cross-check local sources, reviews and blogs to see what’s genuinely worth it, what fits your trip and what merely looks good online.
We keep only what fits you
We don’t hand you fifty options to choose from. We hand you three that work — and the reason we’re recommending them.
We check the hard parts
Distances that eat half a day, seasons that change everything, places closed on Mondays. We find them before you find them on the ground.
Bookings and individual services are carried out through licensed partners, where required.

So you can travel, without getting lost in the planning.
Somewhere between saved posts, maps, open tabs and endless searching, the excitement of a trip can easily start to feel like a task.
That’s why we created RE: AWAY: to take care of all the little and big steps that go into planning a trip — from finding the right area to stay in and checking distances, to shaping the route, suggesting experiences, booking museum tickets and putting every detail into place.
You’re not talking to a faceless system. You have a person who knows your trip, remembers what you like and helps you decide with confidence.
You bring the idea.
We do the searching.
Together, we turn it into a trip that fits the way you want to travel.
The world is waiting. We know where to begin.
Examples of trips we can design. Yours can start from any destination, at your own pace, dates and budget.
Italy
Norway
Iceland
Japan
Indonesia
Thailand
South Korea
Four steps, none of them rushed.
The conversation
We listen. Who’s travelling, what you love, what worries you, what the budget is.
The plan
We send you a personal draft itinerary — with images, a map and costs.
The refinement
We change, add, remove — until it’s unmistakably yours.
The trip
You go. We’re one message away, in every time zone, for the whole trip.
Experiences & reviews.
Words from the road — and a few of the moments we designed.
For our honeymoon I didn’t have to open a laptop once. Everything was there, at the right moment.
We had no time to research anything. They helped us understand where it was worth staying, what to see and how to make the schedule work without the stress.
We sent them a few things we had saved and they put it all in order: areas, distances, stops and options that genuinely suited us.
Send us what you know — even if it’s just an idea.
A destination, some dates, a budget, a few screenshots or simply the mood of the trip you have in mind is enough to get started. We’ll reply with the first steps and work out together how your trip could come together.
We’ve prepared a message for you — it opens pre-filled in your email app. Write what you know, leave blank whatever you haven’t decided yet.
Hello Re: Away team,
I would like to plan a trip with you. Below are my details:
Thank you!

Italy
We started in Rome with two days of walking and no marathon itinerary, continued by train to Naples and ended on the Amalfi coast. The brief was “fewer things, done well” — so instead of seven cities, three bases and time to linger.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→Norway
The hard part here wasn’t the where, but the how: distances, ferries, weather. We locked the Bergen → fjords → Lofoten route with slack in between, so one rainy day wouldn’t wreck the whole plan.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→Iceland
The Ring Road by car, but not all of it — just the south, with time to stop. Accommodation was chosen away from city lights, specifically for the aurora, and with the flexibility to switch nights if the weather didn’t cooperate.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→Japan
Tokyo for the energy, Kyoto for the quiet, Hakone in between to breathe. We booked the hard parts (JR Pass, waitlist restaurants, ryokan) months ahead — because during blossom season, whatever you leave for later isn’t there.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→Indonesia
Two bases instead of constant moving: Ubud for the jungle and rice terraces, Nusa Penida for the sea. Transfers were locked in advance with a driver — in Bali, traffic eats more time than the map suggests.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→Thailand
Three days in Bangkok — enough for temples and food, not so many that it wears you down — then south for the sea. The street food was not left to chance: specific neighbourhoods, specific hours.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→South Korea
Seoul as a base, with two day trips. The brief was food and music scene, not a list of sights — so the schedule was built around neighbourhoods and the hours when they come alive, not around museums.
Yours will look different.
Plan yours→Sunset by boat
★★★★★“We left at six in the afternoon and came back in the dark. Nobody looked at a phone.”
— Eleni & Nikos
A private boat for six, with a swim stop at the red beach and dinner on deck as the sun dropped behind the caldera.

Plan yours→A boutique villa escape
★★★★★“Three days where we didn’t have to decide anything. It was all already there.”
— George P.
A villa ten minutes outside Bellagio, with private lake access. Breakfast on the terrace, an afternoon boat ride, dinner at a trattoria that doesn’t show up on the first pages of Google.

Plan yours→Private dinner at a vineyard
★★★★★“Ten of us, one long table, and the producer explaining what we were drinking.”
— Maria K.
A family estate near Montepulciano. A cellar tour, a tasting of four labels and a four-course dinner outdoors, with the owner at the table.

Plan yours→Chasing the northern lights
★★★★★“Two nights, nothing. On the third, the guide called us at eleven. Worth it.”
— Eleni & Nikos
Three available nights with a flexible booking: if the weather didn’t help, it moved to the next. A local guide with access to spots far from the tour buses.
